Handling of Returns

Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued to the customer's original payment method/card.

Exchange Options: We do not offer exchanges.

Processing Times: Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days once the returned product is received by Pollen Ranch. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

· Responsibility: Pollen Ranch will issue a return label and email it to the customer. Customers are not responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items

Criteria for Acceptable Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. This includes being unused, unopened, undamaged, and still sealed in the original packaging.

Specific Guidance:

Unused and Unopened: The item must not show any signs of use and must remain in its sealed original packaging.

Undamaged: Items must be free from damage, stains, and odors.

Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Additional Guidelines for Returns

Reasons for Returns:

o We allow returns for the following reasons:

  • The item has been damaged.

  • The package has been opened during shipping.

  • The item(s) ordered and item(s) received do not match.

Procedure for Damaged or Wrong Items:

o If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@pollenranch.com or [800-821-5989]. Please include pictures of the damaged item(s) if possible for expedited resolution.

Return Timeframe:

o Initiating Returns: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns after 45 days of shipment.

Exclusions

· Non-Returnable Items: There are no exclusions; all items are eligible for return under the conditions stated above.

Holidays

· Holiday Closure: Pollen Ranch is closed on all State (California) and National Holidays (United States of America). Orders placed during these holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
