Ingredients

  • 4 Large Apples
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
  • 2/3 Cup melted Butter
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 2 tsp. Ba
  • king Soda
  • 2 Tbsp. Divine Dessert or 1 Tbsp Fennel Pollen
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. 350 degree oven, 1 large slightly greased baking dish (12” x 9” x 3”)
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients; add next 2 and mix well. Sift together dry ingredients. Then add in and stir until just blended. Bake 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle is clean.
  3. Serve with Buttercream or Cream Cheese frosting if desired.
